This building provides the opportunity for affordable housing in quality accommodation only steps from Queen Street. Efficient planning and design by Paul Brown & Architects has resulted in 92 spacious one, two and three bedroom apartments. All apartments enjoy wide vistas over Auckland City.
These apartments are designed to ensure the well being and health of all occupants. The design has been carefully considered to provide the necessities for urban living in the 21st Century. The brief from the Ted Manson Foundation was to build robust apartments that will have longevity for no less than 50 years. The base build will have concrete wall and floors and will provide 18 Levels of quality apartments will be a welcome addition to the skyline of Auckland City. Efficiencies in the design and construction of the building will enable Life apartments to be built to the highest standards of Community Housing. All apartments will have a Homestar rating.

Construction started September 2017 and is now complete. By end of October 2019, community housing will be fully occupied housing over 100 people. During this time, a close working relationship with Mansons TCLM and CMP construction will expedite delivery of this much anticipated development.
