Glen Eden Primary School

The TMF has made a huge difference for Glen Eden Primary and our local community. We love our relationship with them and are very thankful for all that they have done and continue to do for our tamariki and whānau.

The foundation have purchased two quality 12 seater vans for the schools and non-profit groups in the area to use. This has been hugely beneficial for all of our tamariki. Having the vans has meant that we have been able to reduce transport costs and has given our students the opportunity to attend many more events. The vans have been used by our other local schools and have been nearly fully booked every day.

In addition, the TMF have sponsored two teams to play in a sevens tournament at Waitakere Rugby. Through the foundation our students got coaching, uniforms, transport and entry into the weekly tournament. Whānau and students loved this experience and it gave many students the chance to play sevens for the first time.
