We connect, grow and strengthen communities

We connect, grow and strengthen communities

There are many Aucklanders who are under constant
financial pressure due to hardship or misfortune.

It is this sector that the foundation seeks to assist. We have and continue to work hard across a number of areas to help those who need it most, focusing on creating robust, healthy and well-maintained mixed tenure developments which connect, grow and strengthen communities.

With over 44 years’ experience in the construction sector, our aim is to use our expertise to provide long term housing to those New Zealanders who need it most.

Our vision

All kiwis need
a roof over

Residents will notice a real difference in terms of better warmth, dryness, health and water efficiency. The developments are designed for a 60 year lifespan with enduring quality being at the forefront of all design decisions to ensure strong, healthy and sustainable communities.
